This job, in particular, helped me become extremely familiar with APA and MLA formatting, as well as everyday grammar and word usage. The key to successful teaching is finding out how your student learns; auditory, visual, didactic or with a combination of learning styles. I use a combination of visual and didactic aids in my lectures. I encourage an environment where questions are welcomed. I want students to not just learn the material but understand it as well.
