A Little Bit About Me...

I tend to work well with individuals and small groups, independent of their age - I have worked with everyone from elementary school and below up to adult learners on a factory floor. My main goal is to teach by finding out what the pupil already knows and relating the subject matter to them through the already established knowledge base. Initially, I began tutoring in Potsdam. I was able to work with students struggling in Math. In addition, I have teaching experience in Texas and New York. In Texas, I was able to teach summer school Math in order to assist students to pass their Exit-level exam. In New York, I worked as a director and tutor for Huntington Learning Center.
I care very deeply about the success of each of my students. My degree in Math did not come easily and I had to work very hard.
