I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Physics as well as minors in both Mathematics and Exercise Science. I truly enjoy teaching basic physics and mathematics and have been told I am pretty good at it. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to explain a concept in different ways, as of course, people don’t all learn the same way. There’s nothing more rewarding than finding the right explanation and watching the light bulb come on when a student grasps a concept with which they were struggling. Although I am pretty good at classroom presentation, my favorite interaction is one-on-one or in small groups, when teaching can occur that is tailored to an individual.
