Public Relations is one of my top subjects! I love teaching this. I've helped people master skills in Adobe InDesign in just a few sessions.

I recently graduated with a double major in theatre and public relations. I've been doing both for 5 years. In theatre I have been both on and backstage for numerous productions as well as assisted three Acting I classes throughout my college career. I've directed, stage managed, acted, designed, built, and teched over 20 shows in total. In public relations, I've written press releases, news articles, made media press kits, interned at a non-profit organization where I created marketing materials with InDesign and Photoshop.
With acting or theatre, I like learning my subjects style of learning and going from there. It's very easy to coach someone through an acting exercise once you know the way that they learn the best. In Public relations, it is a bit harder to figure out the best way to teach each person, because it is a more straightforward, fact based art.

I call myself an "edutainer." I dress very well and I'm very, very funny. When I began teaching Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet skills to senior citizens at Brevard Community College, the directors were concerned that my students needed lots of breaks to go to the bathroom, etc. In actuality, none of my students ever leaves the room.
