Recognizing that each person has his/her own learning style, I emphasize "application" of material learned. I tutored for 8 years before getting involved with the AVID program at the Middle and High School level. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching is not a job for me, it is what defines me. I have been teaching for over 13 years and still desire to do nothing else. I love my job and find great joy in making a difference in the lives of my students. I have high expectations and believe students can reach their potential given the right support.
