I have dreamed of being a teacher since I was a little girl. I worked towards this goal and received my teaching certificate and then a job teaching 8th grade reading my first year teaching. I have since taught 6-8th English/Reading as well as 8th American History.
I have a love for children, teaching, and learning. This passion is what makes me reach out to help children. I am a firm believer in trying to reach the child through the best way he/she learns. I am creative in my ways of getting the material across using all our ways of learning. I know if I touch one childs life as a teacher then I am doing something good. As an Graduate of Applied Science of Industrial Instrumentation. I was extremely driven to accomplish a long sought after goal of completing college while shift working and raising a family of four sons all on my own. I graduated Phi Theta Kappa, National Dean's List, and was offered internship in three different countries. China, Europe and Austrila. I taught all four of my son's to walk, talk, read, count, and finally socialites.
