Most of the teaching staff and 90% of the students know me as Mr.John. They know and respect me as someone who takes his time to mentor through friendship. I do a demonstration while I lecture on a particular point, i.e., perspective, form, light, color theory, etc., then let them have time to execute a given assignment in class.
