As a music graduate of Morehead State University, I was very much driven to achieve a level of excellence in education. My passion in life is to work with children. I love helping children learn and to see the "light bulb" go off in their head. There is little that is more gratifying than seeing a lesson you have been trying to teach someone hit home, especially when it has taken a lot of hard work on both the part of the tutor and the student to get to that point. As a child, I entered the gifted program very young and have always tutored my peers. Tutoring led me to join the Quiz Bowl and other Academic Teams as well as led me to graduate high school early.
