My comments on tutoring Genetics : My beloved topic. I make Genetics fun and interested to learn, focused on actual clinical/ biological cases rather than memorizing genotypic and phenotypic proportions and Mendel's laws.

As a Graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, I have obtained a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Minors in Math and Biology. I have gained knowledge in most of the sub-sets on those subjects as well as High School or College entry level in most other academic subjects. My comments on tutoring Genetics : I interned at U of M Flint in cancer research for a summer. I taught high school science at a private school for two years, and tutored many students in science for about five years now. My bachelors degree is in science and I have taken a variety of science courses.

Adjusts accordingly with the needs of the student.

I have recently graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelor of Science and teacher certification degree. I student taught during the fall '09 semester. Student teaching provided many opportunities to work on various teaching techniques. The student teaching semester consisted of; leading the class in discussion on a daily basis, creating worksheets, conducting lab experiments and other activities, grading homework and tests, and much more. I created and taught four lessons during the observation semester. I have also been involved in teaching and tutoring a college chemistry class under the supervision of a college professor.
