Microsoft Access is one of my top subjects! I have used Microsoft Access since 1997 in my various analyst jobs. Additionally I hold an engineering degree. Currently I am developing software tools for departments in my company to consolidate and streamline processes. I can teach basic database structure in Access all the way to developing forms and reports for users to input and extract data efficiently while managing data integrity for more robust information.

Patient while asking questions to confirm understanding. I teach complex things so I do not mind repeating the lesson several times to ensure the student learns with understanding. I break down subjects to the most basic level and build from there. This is the way all of my football coaches did things each year, they taught football stance at the beginning of August no matter the player's experience. Some students find this condescending but it usually progresses fast enough to reach their skill level without offending. I have always found that starting at the bottom prevents misunderstanding as you build toward the top. I enjoy teaching because it helps to sharpen my skills and also enjoy watching other students perform well. There is no greater reward than watching the light come on in a pupil's mind.
