A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked in Industrial Management since 1982, holding many positions that include training requirements. Coaching employees to learn new tasks or further their education through our state of the art, on site Learning Lab, is my passion. I have taught Crosby's Quality College to Management classes, motivational sessions to hourly employees, and presented strategic vision to Senior Leadership. As a volunteer with my church,& with CASA I have enjoyed helping students find the joy in learning.
Curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the client, is successful if interaction is achieved through the use of a learners contract.
