My comments on tutoring Accounting : Will tutor accounting I and II

During my time in college I was hired by the college as an online tutor for new students in the area of Accounting I and II, business, and Excel. The online tutoring was done through a program called, "Brainfuse." I helped students to understand their homework, and the material involved for the homework.
I prefer to tutor online via chat program.

A Little Bit About Me...

My tutoring experience has mainly been with college students which I have become very fond of doing. I look to this an advantage because I believe it makes me better able to work with high school students since the high school students will learn at a slower pace than most college students. I taught Physics, Algebra and Trigonometry for a local high school. From that point, the bulk of my career was as an engineer, nuclear, mechanical and electrical. I have a number of years in Project Management. I also have four years of experience teaching at a Technical College, where taught College Math, Computer Science and Accounting.
Teaching through positive re-enforcement. Present concept, allow student to demonstrate understanding, and then use a step-by-step approach to find out where lack of understanding occurs. The instructor should always be as positive as possibe and try to make learning as enjoyable as possible.
