I love to incorporate art and sensory experiences into everything I do to really activate the brain. The "Drill and Kill" is very rarely appropriate, so I tailor every approach individually. What works for one student may not work with another. I like to teach students not only the material but also how to study in general. I am sure learning how to study will help students throughout their lives.
I am a current international (korean), sophomore Economics major student at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. I have taught students since I was in high school. I have several tutoring experiences from volunteering at Churches in the DC metropolitan area to private 1 on 1 tutoring. I enjoy teaching a lot, and I really love it when students come to me with happy faces after doing well on their tests. Fun, outgoing teacher of German, History, and Geography

After graduating from the U S Naval Academy, I received my Navy "wings" as a pilot. Following 12 years of service, I became an airline pilot. These experiences have allowed me to travel the world, gaining practical insight into my specialty subjects of history, geography, and German.
