Groups are beneficial because there are a variety of opinions, abilities, and skill levels, thus teaching students the importance of unity in the workplace and classroom. Buddies are important because they give students someone other than the teacher to go to with questions that may seem "silly" and give them someone with whom to share concerns. Books and technology can be used to multi-facet the learning experiences of all students involved, as there may be several types of abilities in the classroom and multiple "intelligences," as well. I am also a proponent of projects that echo what I am currently teaching. I care deeply about the next generation and wish to impart on them a desire to learn.
