I believe in starting from the beginning and taking one step at a time, and not moving on to the next step until the current one is understood -- a surprisingly uncommon approach. I am very skilled at figuring out what a student isn't getting, and helping them get it, and I believe every student can get it. I have been at Pennfield High School for almost 6 months now and I have learned how to incorporate the new standards into the curriculum.
