Each student has an individual learning style, and I like to determine ways that each student learns best, and teach to that style. In the classroom, I do not believe in giving the students pointless busywork or worksheets, but rather prefer to include all the students in discussion and peer-led reinforcement of a lesson I presented. I am a creative person, and as such, bring that into my teaching.
