Success is Feasible

I teach according to the student's learning style. I acknowledge that all students learn differently, and I excel at catering to visual, aural, and kinesthetic needs of students.
In 2011 to 2012 I worked as a lead tutor for Academic Achievers in Muncie. My core focus was to improve writing skills. Tutoring for Elementary Children

I am very patient and laid back. I don't like to stress anyone out, including myself. I will explain something as many times as it takes for the child to understand.
I have never been a tutor before, but I am in college right now for a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have great math and English skills and would like to put them to use tutoring children. I am patient and great with children. I have worked with children for a very long time. I took courses in high school, where we ran a preschool and were in charge of teaching lessons. I have also helped my mother with her daycare for over a decade.

I just graduated from Miami University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus in Language Arts and Social Studies. I have had experience both tutoring individual students, a group setting, and developing students success in a classroom environment. I have been involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters after school program in high school and have a lot of experience dealing with all types of students. I am currently subbing in Butler County school districts and looking for a future classroom teaching position. I also have experience working with students outside of the classroom as I have coached 7th grade basketball and volunteer at learn to play hockey in the Cincinnati Area.
