I am enrolled in the masters program at western kentucky university. I love mentoring and teaching to not only children but adults. Everyone has the ability to learn. As a teacher you have to discern the different learning styles from the students and encourage them to apply their individual learning styles to the tasks at hand. It is also important to make sure that what they know is correct and that they are not confused or misunderstanding the material. After which, getting to know the individual style of learning for each student will insure that time is used efficiently and that the student is understanding and retaining the material being taught.
