I graduated from Henderson State University with a BA degree in sociology and since then I have worked in residential treatment facilities as a therapist, a teacher, and tutor or councelor. I am currently a CASA volunteer in Fayetteville, assisting children who need advocacy in the court system. I prefer to help individuals learn at their own pace, using their own preferred method of learning: visual, aural, hands-on, or a combination. I use analogies and real world situations that students are familiar with to convey abstract concepts.
