A Little Bit About Me...

Before attending college I worked at an after-school program in Boston that served k-5 students. This program focused heavily on homework completion and educational activities. During college I tutored fellow students through a TRIO program and through the althetic department in numerous courses in psychology and French, mainly statistics.
I love to teach and develop new teaching styles. I believe that everyone can learn as long as someone is able to meet their needs. I remember what it was like being clueless in the classroom, and I use my experience in teaching myself how to learn in tutoring my students.

I have been educating people since 1987. I began in music education, which I taught successfully for 9 years, and also taught piano lessons. I then worked in special education for 1 year as an educational technician, where I tutored math, reading, and students with severe disabilities.
