I realized in my career life that I was always training new and experienced staff with so much ease. As a result, I became a point of reference even for subjects I did not know well about. When I asked people why they may think I know answers to their problems they would say, I had a good idea of how to go about in the right direction for answers. My nieces bring with them math quizzes each time we have a road trip together and ask me how to solve math problems. My teaching style is one of comparisons and analogies. Sometimes students just do not understand the mathematical terms.
