From a very early age, I have always been connected with teaching children. I knew that this was what I wanted to do, influence a child’s life, and there couldn’t be a better way to do it. I believe all students are able to learn given the tools and knowledge. I teach them to become inquisitive and curious about their learning while using a Constructivist methodology including Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence. All of the students that I have taught have made incredible growths in reading (phonics, fluency, phonemic awareness, comprehension, and vocabulary), math, and critical thinking.
