Create/Implement lesson plans/student lEP's per state mandates SYETP(Summer Youth Employment Training Program)taught job readiness skills I worked as a Teaching Assistant with Intense Management needs program. Due to the student enrollment we actually had 1 certified teacher with 2 Teaching Assistants and one Teacher Aide. For the last 8 yrs while employed within the education field, I worked in this position.I was considered the teacher for 6-12 of the special needs students with both behavior and learning Disabilities. Writing lesson plans, grading and evaluating my students academics and ensuring they met NYS Education requirements for graduation with 5 of them getting a high school diploma the first year I taught as the teacher.

As an Audit Manager, I dealt with all levels of management at a Fortune 500 company. I taught elementary school children real world applications of mathematics as a volunteer in a business and community partnership program. I am comfortable working with children and young adults and I can readily establish rapport with children of all ages.
My style of teaching depends on the needs of the student, their skill level, potential and suggestions of the parents.
