I love helping people learn chemistry. Chemistry is a subject that seems very hard because it is a dicipline. As a tutor I will help students to develop adequate study skills. I will go over several problems with them to make sure they understand the material well enough to solve problems independently.
While an undergraduate at a community college I earned three associates degrees, AS in Biology, AS in Chemistry, and an AS in Public Policy. I continued my undergraduate work at Utica College of Syracuse University and I earned a BS in Chemistry. I tutored on an off throughout my two and a half years at community college in subject areas such as chemistry, math, biology, economics and sociology.

I started off college at Mohawk Valley Community College and earned a Liberal Arts and Science degree. I feel that all college students should be well rounded and should take a wide variety of courses. I then enrolled at Utica College to finish my BS degree. Over those two years, I took 18 science courses and most of them were accompanied by labs. It was stressful and difficult but it was something I was determined to complete. They have various programmed learning booklets teaching all of the major subjects. You are actually more of a tutor than a teacher if you work with these booklets. I have experience in the four major areas of learning which are English, Math, Social Studies, and Science. I was with students from first through twelfth grade. While I was college I had occasion to take two years of college level English and also statistics up through 600 level.
