Most of my teaching experience has been in general studies with students in the range of 9 yrs to 21 yrs old. I received my BS degree in 2007 in pre-medicine. I majored in pre-professional zoology and I have a minor in biochemistry. I also worked at the Talent Development Center as a tutor for biology, botany, chemistry and biochemistry. I have a strong background in all science courses and maintained a 3.87 GPA throughout college. I have been involved in a lot of activities and feel the best way to teach is to relate to the student. As a tutor, I have worked with many different types of students and I found a way to relate the information to something they were interested in. I believe all students are capable of learning the material; it just has to be presented in a way they understand.

Working as a Spanish Interpreter, I work with pre-school aged children. I work with them during their therapy time, especially in Speech Therapy. I have tutored at several locations and can provide references for the high school and college students that I have tutored. I would also be comfortable teaching basics of math, physics, or Spanish. I have taught University classes on chemistry for beginners (high school level) as part of my graduate assistantship. Very comfortable working with large groups or individuals.
