My experience began as a teacher in the public school system where I taught for three years in an elementary setting. Following this, I worked as a teacher and Tutorial Coordinator in a deaf school for four years. I instructed middle school students in all subjects but tutored all age and developmental levels. My comments on tutoring Science : Received a bachelor of science degree in environmental resource management. I have taken and had to learn a variety of different sciences at the college level in order to earn my degree.

I prefer to keep students excited about what they are supposed to be learning. Naturally I have devoted my career to learning the facts and concepts that I am supposed to relay, so I will be excited, and I want them to be excited. For example, some people may learn through discussion, while others may need to see pictures or presentations of the subject matter. I like to identify how the person learns first through questions, or by testing them with a simple task first to identify the method which seems to work best for them.
