I try to meet my student’s needs by listening and patiently repeating a problem until concepts are grasped and applied. I am at ease working with students who view math as their worst subject and need to have concepts explained in various ways. In each of the math topics I review with a student I try to merge its mathematical and scientific history into the session to help make it more relevant to each student.
I have fourteen years of instructional experience teaching mathematics and statistics at the college and community college level, and two years teaching secondary mathematics.
