I graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma. I have ten years of laboratory and industrial experience. I am in the process of completing an Associates of Applied Science in Viticulture and Enology (grape-growing and wine-making) from Grayson County College. After graduation, I will pursue a Masters of Education and teaching certification from Sam Houston State University. My goal is to teach high school chemistry. A Little Bit About Me...

During the attainment of my undergraduate degree, I conducted research under my professor, Dr. Greg Powell. Throughout the research, I gathered many skills one being creative in learning, as well as, presenting new material and teaching it to fellow peers and professors. I have also worked as a teacher’s assistant, running a chemistry lab of about - five students.
I enjoy a very interactive learning approach. I tend to use hands on and visual learning techniques. I am patient and children are my joy to work with.
