Before having children I worked as an teacher's aide at the local pre-school, working with 3-5 year-olds. After that I became a teacher's aid for the local middle school, working with children that were not allowed to go to regular classes due to their behavior. In having a great passion for working with/teaching children, I think that it is immensely important to remember that everyone has a different way of learning. Some ways work better for some as opposed to others. My teaching style is always based around the children that I am teaching.
