I am a very interactive teacher. I want feedback so I can see the progress the student is making. If they are not getting something, I make adjustments and change tactics. I teach tot he student(s). Everyone learns differently. And sometimes by the time I get to them student, it has nothing to do with their ability but more their confidence because of previously bad experiences. I work through positive behavior supports, humor and style to motivate the student to understand the need to learn the core subject matter in order to proceed through high school. I am excellent at reading the needs of the student and creating lessons that are relevant, interesting and fun.
