As a Sales & C.S. Trainer in a successful Call Center with over 25 yrs. experience, my role was to train phone reps to have a more pleasant, more successful “Contact Center Experience”, using scripting techniques, monitoring & tracking success and my own original training documents which were professional & challenging, yet fun & creative. Speaking is one of my top subjects! I spent 11 years on radio. I've been in ministry for 30 years. I've also been a voice over artist and teacher.

I've taught in the corporate environment. I've taught in the college environment. And I've been a personal computer consultant. I've taught "Intro to Computers" online. When I teach on any level and in any environment the focus is on how the student. Therefore, the cornerstone of all of my teaching experiences is that I speak in English rather than in computerese.
My teaching style is comfortable. I want to be comfortable and I want my students. If everyone is comfortable and not tensed up there's the possibility for a lot more learning. I try to let students learn at their pace. And in the case of the Microsoft Office products I prefer students use their own data as to learn the product and how it relates to them.
