A Little Bit About Me...

I began tutoring when I was in high school. Students at the top of our class were given the opportunity to assist in a third grade classroom. I carried this newly found passion into my college years and graduate school years where I tutored students in english, math, and science (biology, genetics, chemistry, molecular, microbiology).Fortunately, I have always been a good student and knew what tools were necessary for success. I have a strong science background, and as a forensic scientist am required to teach difficult material in a way that every juror can understand.

I did a 5 year nursing program at Northeastern University in 3 years and graduated with honors. I have been in administration, where I have ran home care agencies for many years.I supervised 400 employees and was responsible in the growth of the agency. I have also educated not only my patients in their medications and plan of care, I have also taugh para professionals how to administer medications. I have done student teaching with a fifth grade class in Naples at The Christian Academy with a certified teacher.I will be student teaching for Grand Canyon University. I have two degrees - a BA in Liberal Arts and an Associates in Nursing. While I was studying nursing I tutored other nursing students and later on tutored an Ultra Sound student. I have always had strong study skills. I have done a variety of jobs which have given me the opportunity to educate others about health issues.
