Seeking for a tutoring position in which my strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science can be utilized. As a tutor, I can provide various services including tutoring, homework help, mentoring, organization skills, evaluation, and most importantly test preparation, practice tests and quizzes. As a graduate of a doctoral degree in Executive Leadership and a Master's Degree and Bachelor's degree in Education, graduating with honors, I value education tremendously. I have experience in leadership studies, childhood education, and working with students who have special needs or less prepared for college. I have worked as a teacher in three settings, preschool, science, and with teenage women on parole and probation in a residential treatment facility. A Little Bit About Me...

In high school I tutored junior high students who were having trouble in with school. After high school I joined the U.S Navy, where I trained junior personal for three years. I used my G.I bill Benefits to attend the University of Connecticut, where I received my Bachelors in History with a minor in Political Science. I stayed at the UConn to complete my Masters in Education where I complete 15 weeks of student teaching. Most recently I have worked as a substitute teacher at both the middle and high school level.
I feel it is important to understand what is different and unique about every student. Not all students will learn in the same way, nor will they find their desire to learn in the same way.
