A Little Bit About Me...

I have been teaching Spanish for 5 years in a variety of settings. I have taught high school Spanish and elementary Spanish, focusing on Spanish I and II. I have worked in private and public school settings. I also have experience teaching English at the Elementary level. I have been tutoring students in Spanish for 9 years now, and have worked with ages 3-22. I am comfortable tutoring individuals or groups, as well as children or even adult learners. I have lived in Spain for a year and spent a semester of that time teaching in Spanish schools.
I believe that learning a language comes from interacting with another person and focusing on developing communication skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I attended Thomas More College on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors in the spring of 2011 with a BA in Environmental Science. Presently, I am pursuing a Master of Biology degree at the University of Cincinnati, where I hold a University Graduate Scholarship as well as a Yates Scholarship. I worked as a private tutor from 2006 through 2011, and in 2008 and 2009 I also tutored through Thomas More College. Currently, I am an instructor for undergraduate biology labs at the University of Cincinnati.
I have worked with elementary, high school, and college-aged students, providing instruction in subjects ranging from English to biology.
