Hello! My name is Jennie and I am a Kindergarten Teacher as well as a junior high cheer coach. I graduated from Augustana College in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with middle grade endorsements in Mathematics and Language Arts. I have worked a great deal with children of all ages (3 +). I am currently finishing up my 3rd year as a kindergarten teacher and have LOVED every minute of it! I've also taught other grades from 1st-8th grade throughout college and student taught a 6th grade classroom. I have experience teaching all subject areas between grades k-8. I accepted the position and continued doing this for five years. The time I spent doing this career is what ultimately made me realize my love for teaching children. A Little Bit About Me...

As an Adjunct Professor in Humanities at Prairie State College for the past 5 years, I have acquired a wide variety of teaching skills at the College Level. In addition, since my undergraduate work I have always tutored in various departments, Mathematics calculus and college algebra.
