I call myself of life because I am always open to learn new things and ideals about the world around us. I went to DeVry in Columbus, OH to study computer science. In January 89, I went to Eastern Kentucky University to study Retail Mangement.

Continuing education is vital to the success of many engaged in the ever diversifying classroom. My teaching of children began in 2004, when I taught a Sunday school class to 5-year-olds at my church. Then in 2005, I assisted with teaching the local children at a small mission church. During the 2006 through 2008 school years I subbed in mostly elementary schools, but I also subbed in some middle and high schools. Since 2007, I have been tutoring Jefferson County Public School students in the No Child Left Behind program. The students have been a diverse group of faces including Mexicans, Somalis, Cubans, Hindus, Black Americans, and Caucasians.

I have always been a good teacher. I scored very well on the SAT exams, and I have extensive tutoring experience. I scored in the upper 10 percentile on the Mathmatics portion of the SATs. I also have been studying non stop for the CPA exam. I would love to pass on knowledge to someone else. Tutoring is rewarding.
Great Question. I have been in classes where I found learning a challenge. This is what makes me unique as a teacher. I build a relationship with the student. I do my best to not only explain the material, but how they can possibly use it in the future. I also have the best patience. I will go over something over and over again, searching in my own mind for a different to present the material so it sticks.
