My comments on tutoring Microsoft Access : I have taken courses to help my perfect my Microsoft Access skills. I can help anyone learn how to use this tool and have university-sanctioned activities through which to do so.

I am in my third year at Ball State University. I recently changed my major from Biology to Accounting; therefore, I have lots of knowledge in many different areas - some that aren't listed on my profile. I am experienced in categories ranging from Biology to Accounting to baking. I won several Grand Champion awards in Indiana's Madison County 4-H program for Baking and Woodworking while I have A's in Chemistry, Accounting, Biology, Spanish, Calculus, and many many other subjects from Ball State University. If you have a question, chances are that I have an answer!
I like to teach as if I am one friend talking to another. I find that this is the most relaxed way to encourage learning. As an undergraduate, I attended Purdue University and worked as a teaching assistant where I ran my own lab, instructing students for one of their core management courses. In my junior year, I was asked to apply to an invitation-only program for an an accelerated MBA program only for exceptional students. I am now entering my final year of this program and will graduate in 2011 with a BS in Business Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration. The graduate program is team focused and emphasizes working with and teaching diverse groups of people.
I am a strong believer in teaching through examples and letting students try to apply the knowledge I have taught them at various smaller stages, then apply it to the bigger picture. I love working with kids, and I think that with patience, understanding, and time, all students are capable of reaching their potential.
