A Little Bit About Me...

After recieving my AA, I plan to continue my education at the University of North Florida this coming semester. I am very knowledgeable at writing lab reports and English assignments as well as scoring in the top 95 percentile on my FCAT while in high school. I have spent the last four years tutoring children in an afterschool program with the City of Jacksonville.
I believe that children need encouragement and positive reinforcement to learn. Having confidence in the child helps them to have confidence in themselves which is essential in getting them to understand that they can do the task at hand. Often providing the child with certain positive rewards when they have done well is another way that I believe helps children want to learn.
