My teaching style is one of excitement and enthusiasm. I am passionate about the material I teach, and try to convey this excitement to my students without being annoying and over enthused. In the fields of physics and mathematics, I prefer to use analogies and easy to understand examples to help students learn specific principles and to help show them the big picture into which their hard work fits. I emphasize students taking pride in their work and steadily gaining self-confidence.
As a mechanical engineering graduate from Penn State, I have vast experience with the principles of physics and mathematics. As a junior and senior in high school I tutored students in algebra and trigonometry.
