As a lifelong learner I understand the importance of an effective teacher. I have been teaching and assisting college level classes for 2 years as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a bachelors degree with duel majors in both psychology and sociology. I was a TA for a semester my senior year of undergrad and assisted a lot of my peers through college with psychology and sociology courses especially related to theory and more concentrations topics. Taking the fear out of testing, one session at a time

Currently I am tutoring Biology (among other sciences) as well as English at Pueblo Community College. I have been there for close to a half of a year at this point. I also have a 15 year old son who is in the IB program at Palmer. He does very well in school, I like to attribute that partially to my skills. As a substitute teacher, I try to engage the interest of all the students by greeting them by name initially as I welcome them to their classroom.
