My comments on tutoring Vocals : BA Piano (BYU-Idaho), MM Piano Performance (BSU). Have an excellent background in teaching advanced music theory at collegiate level. Classically trained in vocal performance and have sung with BYU-I Collegiate Singers (2014).

I teach to cater every student’s needs and their learning modality (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic). I tailor each lesson according to the student’s previous background or current level. For children, I make each lesson enjoyable by incorporating games that foster learning.
An accomplished concert pianist, singer and writer, Mytch received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Piano from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2014, under the private instruction of Dr. Stephen R. Allen. She has also had extensive study of the French language and has served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter-day Saints in New York City (Spanish speaking). I started as an Adjunct Instructor at ISU for the Geomatics Engineering program for the 2007-2008 school year. Prepare for class setup the curriculum, homework, grading and test for 10-12 students. I went to ITT Technical Institute following that and was offered to Chair School of Drafting & Design. I taught and ran the department for 2 years. I was in charge of 4-10 teachers and 170+ students.
I believe in identifying the learning style of the student which can take some time with some. Are they a visual learner I draw pictures, maps, charts and video; if an audio learner tapes, lecture, youtube, video, etc,.. and if a kinesthetic learner then they need the hands on experience to develop the learning that is needed, so then standing back to guide the thought process without doing it for them.
