My teaching philosophy and style is founded upon the belief that all children are brilliant and can succeed. My approach to teaching is highly individualized and targeted to meet a student's specific needs. If your child is struggling, I believe in figuring out the root of the problem, boredom, trouble reading or note-taking, learning style, and then finding strategies that address that difficulty directly. I liken history to a story there are so many interesting things that are either left out or forgotten. I feel that teaching History through passion and understandable connections make it interesting for everyone. So through the use of storytelling and detailed notes and study guides there is never a dull and misunderstood moment of history.
