I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.

To help them, I needed to review their texts, and find out the tools available to them. When teaching, you need feedback.
