Elementary Social Studies is one of my top subjects! During my Student Teaching, Elementary Social Studies was the lesson that I taught. I worked one-on-one with all the students often, and Social Studies was a top subject. Social Studies is my favorite subject and I love tutoring this subject.

I have a very Hands-On Teaching Style
I have been working with children for the past seven years. Four of those years have included homeschooling pre-school and pre-kindergarten as well as homework help and tutoring the children that I was babysitting. I love tutoring because it allows me to work one-on-one with my students. Tutoring, also, allows me the opportunity to create the ultimate tutoring experience based off of the students learning style and interest. A Little Bit About Me...

My undergraduate degree is in Civil Engineering and I have recently become eligible to teach elementary education, middle school science and middle school math in New Jersey. I have had success as a tutor on several occasions as an undergraduate teaching assistant and a peer tutor. These are in part “taught” but also developed by recognition and support of inborn talents. Operative use of vocabulary is also imperative to the development of both writing and speaking skills.
