Special Education is one of my top subjects! ADD/ADHD, EBD, LD, ID, ASD, SPD...every single child has different needs, but I am most passionate about working with students who have exceptional challenges and have a lot of experience in many areas.

I love to incorporate art and sensory experiences into everything I do to really activate the brain. The "Drill and Kill" is very rarely appropriate, so I tailor every approach individually. What works for one student may not work with another. My formal training includes many intervention types and experience with multiple programs and curricula, so I have a large pool from which to draw...then we get creative! I work well as a one on one special education aide because my attention is soley on the activities and education of my students.
