I also have two bachelor degrees; a BA in History and a BA in the Comparative Study of Religion. My education has enabled me to perfect skills in writing. I am also experienced with various citation styles. I have tutored students at various levels of learning and in a wide range of subjects. I volunteered at a center for women teaching basic reading and language skills and at a literacy center assisting adults working towards their GED and teaching students learning English as a second language. I also spent six months student teaching in a fourth grade class.

I am a true believer of rewards for excellence and this is how I teach. I believe every positive milestone should be marked and celebrated in some short way. I also am a firm believer in laying out the plan for overall growth with the student.
I currently work with students in 3rd through 8th grade teaching music and spiritual gifts indentification classes. I have volunteered in classrooms of elementary age students during my college years. I worked with students one on one in these settings catching them up with the rest of their class on current projects.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate of the top chiropractic school in the world, I have achieved a high level of education. I have a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Through out the years I have taught 5-8th graders in various subjects, as well as helped teach for a national board review company to chiropractic students all over the country in a variety of topics. I was also the editor-in-chief for the Palmer Triune, helping me obtain an excellent understanding and appreciation for the English language.
My teaching style is different for each student. I have never considered myself a student that things come easy to. I always had to find a way to relate to the material, and when I tutor that is exactly what I try to achieve with each student. Sometimes all it takes is it being explained one more time a different way.
