Painless technology training!

I have a social learning style where I like to make sure the learner(s) are comfortable before asking them to integrate new information. I prefer a collaborative teaching style which means both student and pupil participate in the learning experience. In my opinion an all lecture teaching style does not give students the opportunity to talk about or demonstrate the concepts they are trying to learn.
