My teaching style is to lecture with examples while students are following the process and understanding what needs to be done and how. Then myself and the students do the hands on together so they can either do the exercise from memory or follow my directions. Once the exercise is complete, I give them time to do it themselves. I repeat the materials at the end of each section and the end of each chapter and encourage asking questions. Training can be delivered in person for 1 student or a group. It can also be delivered on the internet at my location or the clients location for an individual or a group.

I like to make the students think logical instead of methodically deriving the answers. I try to concentrate on teaching problem solving skills, as this would strengthen their base. I tutor my peers and help them understand the programming concepts that pose a challenge for many. I was also involved in Society of Women in Engineering organization, where we visited middle schools to mentored girls to pursue science subjects.
