Math, Science and Computer help

I would love to help all middle and high school students with their math, science and computer subjects. I am also available to assist adults who need to gain or sharpen their computer skills. I am an expert user of Microsoft Office and have experience in teaching computer subjects such as Introduction to Computers, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access at college level. I obtained my BA degree from the University of Pretoria, where I majored in Information Science. I worked as a Paraprofessional in the math and science departments of a high school for the past four years, and have the ability and experience to work with students who struggle with learning and/or behavioral disabilities.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a first-year college writing instructor, I became aware of the challenges young writers face, such as generating topics, organization, grammatical issues, and lack of writing confidence. I also realized it was essential for me to vary my pedagogical practices in order to meet the educational needs of all students, ranging from English language learners, to individuals who learn better visually, to those who need more hands-on practice.
