Spanish is one of my top subjects! I have been studying the Spanish language and culture for over ten years with two over seas study experiences in Spain. I am a certified foreign language teacher for kindergarten through twelfth grade and am currently teaching Spanish 1 in a Junior High School.

I am a first year teacher and have been working with students not only in class but outside class time when they need one on one help. Teaching is something that I has been part of my life and is something that I want to keep doing even after the school year is over. I love working with kids of all ages and sharing my passion of the Spanish language with them is what drives my passion to be the best educator I can be. I learn from them as much as they are learning from me and I look forward to continuing their education and my own.

During my years at The Ohio State University, I earned a B.A. in Psychology, and completed a year and a half of Masters work in Social Work. After completing my B.A., I was hired as a professional tutor. I tutored college students in various subjects including English and essay writing, Psychology, Reading, some Spanish, and Social Studies.
I love working with children, and feel that I can relate to them because I struggled in my early school years.
